Terms and Conditions
These terms set out how you may use Crypto & Bitcoin Casinos at ourorganicwellness.com, what our reviews and rankings of BTC crypto casinos are and are not, and where responsibility sits between us, you and the operators we cover. By browsing the site or following a link to a casino, you accept them. Last reviewed on Sep 23, 2026.
The short version: we publish independent research on Bitcoin and crypto casinos that accept US players. We earn commission from some of the operators listed. Commission never buys a position in our rankings. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice, and every offer we mention is subject to the operator's own terms, which override anything written on this site.
Who may use this site
This site is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use ourorganicwellness.com, and at least the minimum age required by the casino you are considering and by the laws of your state — which is 21 in some US jurisdictions. Each operator sets and states its own minimum age; check it on the casino's own pages before registering. We do not knowingly present content to anyone under those thresholds and we do not design our content to appeal to minors.
You also confirm that you are accessing the site of your own accord, for personal and non-commercial use, and that you are responsible for checking the gambling laws that apply where you live.
Commercial disclosure: how we get paid
Crypto & Bitcoin Casinos is free to read because it is funded by affiliate marketing. When you click a link to an operator and later register or deposit, we may receive a commission from that operator. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you see is the offer the casino makes to any comparable player.
- Commercial relationships do not determine rank order, editorial ratings or the wording of a review.
- Some operators we cover have no commercial relationship with us at all, and they are ranked on the same basis.
- A negative or limiting comment about a partner operator will never be removed because of that partnership.
- We do not accept payment to remove criticism, to guarantee a position, or to publish an operator's own marketing copy as editorial.
What our rankings and ratings mean
Every editorial rating on this site is our own opinion, expressed on a 10-point scale. It is not a customer-review score, not an average of user votes, and not the result of us wagering real money. Our assessments are based on desk research: published licensing information, operator terms and conditions, bonus rules, stated payment options, supported coins and publicly reported player experience.
We have not tested deposits, withdrawals or gameplay at these casinos. Where an operator advertises instant withdrawals or a particular payout speed, we present that as an advertised claim, not a verified result. Confirmation times for on-chain BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC or DOGE transactions depend on the network, the fee paid and the operator's internal processing, none of which we control.
| What we publish | What it is | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| Editorial rating (e.g. 10.0, 9.6) | Our research-based opinion | A user-review score or a payout guarantee |
| Rank position | Our ordering on the criteria we set out | A position bought by an advertiser |
| Headline offer | The operator's advertised promotion at the time of writing | A binding offer from us, or one available to every player |
| Licensing notes | What the operator publicly states | Confirmation that a site is regulated for US players |
Bonus offers listed on this site are the operator's, not ours
We display headline promotions to help you compare. We do not issue, fund, honor or amend them. Promotions change without notice, and an offer that was live when we checked may have been altered or withdrawn by the time you read it. Always read the operator's own bonus terms before depositing.
Every bonus carries material conditions. Typically these include wagering or playthrough requirements, a minimum qualifying deposit, a time limit for completing the wagering, maximum bet caps while a bonus is active, game weighting rules that exclude or reduce the contribution of live dealer tables, and maximum cash-out limits on winnings. New player offers are usually one per person, household, IP address and payment method. Below are examples of how this applies to offers we list — the operator's stated terms always govern:
- BetPanda — 10% Weekly Cashback. Cashback promotions are normally calculated on net losses over a defined weekly period, may be credited as bonus funds with their own playthrough, and may be capped. Because it is loss-based, it has value only if you have lost money — it is not a return on deposit.
- CoinPoker Casino — 150% Welcome Bonus up to $2,000. Match bonuses of this kind require a qualifying first deposit and carry playthrough on the bonus, the deposit, or both, within a set window. The $2,000 figure is a ceiling that requires a large deposit to reach, not an amount you receive.
- Cryptorino — 100% Match Bonus up to 1 BTC + 10% Weekly Cashback. A bonus expressed in BTC moves with the market. The dollar value of both the deposit and the bonus can fall while wagering requirements remain outstanding. Wagering, expiry and maximum bet rules apply to each element separately.
- Punkz — 20,000 USDT Welcome Bonus + 15% Cashback. Large stablecoin packages are generally split across several deposits with tiered percentages, and each tranche carries its own wagering and time limit.
- Hyperlucky — 20% Daily Cashback up to $10,000 + 100 free spins. Free spins usually apply to named slots only, at a fixed spin value, with winnings paid as bonus funds subject to playthrough and a cap.
The same principles apply to the rakeback, cashback and multi-deposit packages advertised by Winna, Thrill, BC Game, Wild.io and Vave. Where our figures and an operator's current terms disagree, the operator's terms apply. Attempting to circumvent bonus rules — multiple accounts, coordinated low-risk betting, or breaching maximum bet limits — is bonus abuse under most operator terms and commonly results in forfeited winnings. That is a matter between you and the casino; we cannot intervene.
Legal status, US players and your own responsibility
There is no federal legalization of online casino gaming in the United States. The crypto casinos covered on this site are offshore operators, licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Anjouan, not by any US state or federal regulator. For most US players, playing at them sits in a legal grey area. We state that plainly and we do not present any operator as licensed or approved for US play.
Regulated online casino gaming exists only in a small number of states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, and those state-licensed operators do not run on cryptocurrency. Some states are more explicitly restrictive than others, and offshore sites self-restrict certain states — the excluded list varies by operator and changes. It is your responsibility to check the law in your own state and the operator's own territorial restrictions before you register or deposit.
Nothing on this site is an instruction or encouragement to bypass a geoblock, a state restriction, an identity check or an anti-money-laundering or sanctions process, and we will not publish guidance on doing so. Registering with false details, or using tools to misrepresent your location where an operator's terms prohibit it, typically voids your account and any balance in it.
US players are generally liable for tax on gambling winnings, and separately on gains from disposing of cryptocurrency. "No KYC" or anonymous play does not change that, and we do not present limited verification as a way to conceal income or avoid reporting obligations. Tax and legal points on this site are general information only — consult a qualified tax professional or attorney about your own circumstances.
Crypto risk, volatility and custody
Gambling with cryptocurrency adds a second layer of risk on top of the ordinary risk of losing your stake. BTC, ETH, LTC and DOGE balances can fall in dollar terms while they sit in a casino account, during a wagering period, or while a withdrawal is pending. Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC are designed to track the dollar, which reduces but does not eliminate that exposure.
On-chain deposits and withdrawals carry network or gas fees and variable confirmation times, and some operators apply their own minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. Sending funds to a wrong address or on the wrong network is usually irreversible. You are solely responsible for the security of your self-custody wallet, your seed phrase and your casino account, including enabling two-factor authentication where an operator supports it. We hold no funds, process no transactions and cannot recover lost crypto.
Accuracy, and the limits of what we can promise
We research carefully and update pages as we find changes, but the crypto casino market moves fast. Coin support, game libraries, payout policies, licensing details, restricted-state lists and bonus terms all change, sometimes without announcement. We distinguish between what an operator confirms publicly, what it advertises, and what remains unresolved — but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current at the moment you read it.
- Content is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on this site, including gambling losses, bonus forfeitures, account closures or crypto losses.
- We have no control over third-party sites we link to and are not responsible for their content, security or conduct.
- Disputes about your account, balance, bonus or withdrawal are between you and the operator. Start with the casino's support team, then any complaints route named in its license conditions.

Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment that costs money. It is not income, not an investment and not a way to fix a financial problem. Stake only what you can afford to lose, set your own limits before you play, and never increase your stakes to recover losses.
If gambling is causing you or someone you know harm, help is available. Call the National Problem Gambling Helpline on 1-800-GAMBLER, free and confidential, 24 hours a day. Be aware that offshore crypto casinos may not offer the same player protections, deposit limits or self-exclusion tools as state-regulated US operators, and that state self-exclusion programs do not extend to them. Our responsible gambling resources explain the tools that are commonly available and how to use them.
